Retired Professor and Dean

Serving over 40 years at three universities, Dr. William Nowlin is a retired professor and dean of business. During his career, he also served as vice president of a business school in Europe.
Nowlin has also intervened in labor and employment disputes. He adjudicated cases in Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky. He adjudicated matters in interest, contract, and grievance arbitration in the private, public, and federal sectors.
Nowlin has also consulted and developed leadership, teamwork, and conflict management training programs delivered for business and government employers.
Nowlin is a member of the International Leadership Association, the Society for Business Ethics, the Society for Judgement and Decision Making, and the Association for Conflict Resolution. He holds an MPA from Brockport State University, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, and a Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
